Inbound
This guide will help you create your first inbound shipment and explain the inbound section of the dashboard.

Overview
New Inbound Shipment Button
Use this button to create a new inbound shipment.
Upload CSV Button
Use this button to bulk upload inbound shipments via a CSV file. Save time by uploading multiple shipments at once.
Units/Tracking Selector
Use this selector to switch between your inbound units page, and your inbound trackings page. Adding tracking numbers to inbound shipments is optional in most cases, and is only required for Parcel Forwarding shipments.
Column Order Dropdown
Use this dropdown to customize the order of columns on the inbound page.
Export Button
Use this button to export your inbound shipment data to a CSV file. This allows you to create backups, share shipment data with team members, or analyze data offline.
Create an Inbound Shipment
On the inbound page at the top right click New Inbound Shipment
Required Fields
- Fulfillment Method: Amazon (for items you plan to sell via FBA), Merchant (for FBM/other platforms), or Parcel Forwarding (for same-day reshipment upon receipt).
- Date: The date you placed the order.
- Supplier: The website or supplier from which you purchased the inventory.
- Item Name: Name of the product.
- Quantity Ordered: Number of units you ordered.
- Color: Color of the product.
- Size: Size of the product.
- Unit Cost: Cost per unit.
Optional Fields
- Order Number: Your order ID for tracking.
- Brand SKU: SKU provided by the manufacturer.
- List Price: Desired listing price for FBA items.
- ASIN: Amazon Standard Identification Number (required for FBA items).
- Amazon SKU: SKU for FBA items.
- Tracking: The tracking numbers associated with your inbound orders (required for parcel forwarding).
- Notes: Any additional information about this order.
View your Inbound Shipments
After creating an inbound shipment, you will see a table with your most recent inbound shipments. The status will be Pending until they are received and moved to the inventory page.
Edit a Shipment
On the inbound shipments page, if you click on a row in the shipments table, you will be able to edit the information for that shipment.
Delete a Shipment
You can either delete a shipment by click on it and pressing delete in the pop up, or you can select multiple shipments to delete at the same time.
View Inbound Trackings
On the trackings inbound page you can view all of the trackings associated with inbound shipments. A status will be displayed for the tracking numbers that are correctly identified.
Create & View Shipping Names
On the shipping names page you can create a new shipping name so that our warehouse can correctly link received packages to your account. There is a maximum of 3 shipping names but you are able to request for an increase if needed.
